SZLH660 pellet machine is our latest design for vertical ring die pellet machine.With 132kw motor,the machine's capacity is 1.5-2.0t/h and sometimes it could reach 2.5t/h.Because of its good performance,it is very popular on the market.The reducer's life is extended 3 times than other model.The roller bearing adopts independent automatic injection system.Its performance is more stable and the service life is much longer.

Through the method of physical extrusion, the vertical ring die pellet machine can make all kinds of biomass raw material into pellet. Raw material is feeding vertically and is directly in place, with stationary die and rotary pinch roller. Double ring type, can use both. The mould is in vertical structure, which is good for heat dissipation. With independent lubricating, no need to stop machine for special maintenance. It is widely used in biomass burning factory, power plant, wood processing plant, chemical plant, food products factory, winery plant etc.

Compared with horizontal die pellet machines and flat die pellet machines, due to the unique structure of the vertical ring die pellet machine, it can not only adapt to various hardwoods, softwoods, etc., but also adapt to a variety of biomass raw materials.

Main Features

1) Raw material is feeding vertically and is directly in place, with stationary die and rotary pinch roller,the material is centrifugal and equipspaced around the die.

2) The die is double ring type, with vertical structuer,pelletizing room is also used for cooling,more options, and more gains.

3) The independent ejection device ensures the forming rate of pellet, the good design lowers the consumption and enhances the efficienty. it works 24 hours and lubricates automatically.

4) The main load-carrying component used high alloy wear resistant materials. the wearing parts lifetime doubles compared with other similar products.

It adopts hard tooth surface worm gear deceleration, widened tooth surface, increased modulus, large mesh degree and improved load capacity. Its life is 3-5 times longer than that of the conventional reducer.
 

Gearbox is processed by German NILES gear grinding machine, using hard tooth surface helical gear to reduce speed, tooth surface is widened by 20mm, modulus is increased, meshing degree is large , the load capacity is improved , the operation is more stable, and the noise through the 5-level transmission is less than 75 dB, its life is 3.5 times of the conventional one.

The die hole is processed by ultra-high speed double gun drilling, and then through the hole grinding process to improve the smoothness of the discharge and the smoothness of the pellets;
The material is made of high wear-resistant alloy steel, which undergoes a heat treatment process to increase the hardness of the mold itself and increase its service life. We also offer options of stainless steel ring die. 
One ring die can be using 2 times by turn it over, which can cut down operating costs. The mold of the traditional pellet machine has 5 rows of holes. We have enlarged the granulating chamber and upgraded the mold to 6 rows of holes. The outer diameter of the mold is 690mm, the inner diameter is 550mm, and the thickness is 70mm. The roller skin is professionally carburized and has higher wear resistance.
 

 

The roller assembly adopts oil seal and filler double seal design to avoid grease leakage and dust ingress. The roller bearing adopts copper bracket self-aligning roller bearing design to improve the positioning effect of the roller. The roller bearing adopts eccentric type, and the squeezing force is stronger during operation, which is 1.5 times higher than the original pressure strength. The roller assembly is sealed by upper and lower glands. The thickness of the gland is high, which can ensure that it will not be deformed under high-temperature operation. And the gland is fixed by screws, so as to ensure that materials will not enter the roller assembly, thereby increasing the service life of the roller assembly.
