Vertical ring die rice husk pellet making machine is the new design rice husk pellet maker to make biomass fuel pellets.
Biomass pellet machine is suitable for all kinds of hard and soft wood, rice husk, peanut shells, straw, grass, bagasse etc.
Rice husk pellet machine does not need to add any binder, 100% raw material rice husk, the pellets produced are green renewable energy sources.

Rice husk from rice mills can be used directly for the production of rice husk pellets, the husk does not need to be crushed to powder.
One set of rice husk pellet machine includes screw conveyor, wood pellet machine, automatic grease pump, dust remover and electric control cabinet.

Working Principle

During operation, the material falls vertically from the inlet to the surface of the rotating shelf, and is continuously distributed in the inside surface of the die (the contact surface of the roller and the die) . The raw material is pressed through the die hole by the roller. In this process, the raw material will have physical changes or some chemical reaction (according to the material) under high pressure and high temperature, and will be formed to a continuously elongated cylindrical solid body, until they are cut into certain size of pellets by the knives around the die. These pellets will be discharged by the rotating discharge-plate and fell through the outlet. Then the whole process of pelletizing is finished.

The rollers are welded with super wear-resistant alloy, replacing the past surface carburisation treatment. The life span is super long and the protection of the mould is achieved at the same time.
